You guys just naive.

In addition to all his other duties Partridge is responsible for Fax and Evidents.

On Monday he goes around and collects all the Fax. On Tuesday he goes around destroying Evidents. He doesn't need to know what it is Evidents of - if it is Evidents he destroys it. There is no reason to believe he knew what the Evidents was and now it is too late to every find out.

What a bunch of hypocrites running the scUM athletic program. Partridge gets instantly fired for his lack of cooperation with a NCAA investigation; however, Harbaugh (basically) did the same thing on an earlier investigation this year and he gets a "free pass".

According to Cowherd, the B1G didn't want to get sued by TCUN so they "settled" for the exact punishment they levied in the first place, which TCUN threatened to challenge in court.

Yeah, that makes sense.
