This is an excellent point and probably why it couldn’t get done today.

Michigan doesn’t dispute the charges so really the issue at hand is did the big ten follow their guidance with this? I would highly think they did.

So not sure how anyone could look at this as a judge and think this deserves a TRO. Michigan was busted for breaking the rules and the big ten punished them for it following conference policy.

More or less Michigan doesn’t like the punishment. Well if you can dispute the evidence then do it. Otherwise the big ten is doing what Ono should’ve done to begin with.

When it was proven as fact that the team broke dozens of rules over 3 years he should’ve suspended the HC/OC/DC with pay until the investigation was complete. You failed to do that Santa and so the big ten had to do your job for you.

This is the big reason why Michigan is going to get it bad from the NCAA. The total lack of cooperation and ownership in anything that’s been proven as fact. They want to blame some kid instead (who they say didn’t even break the rules from their prospective).

Also, the B1G picked this suspension because it's what Scum voluntarily took earlier in the year. Hard to argue for irreparable harm when you were fine doing it to yourself.

What a smarmy fuck.
Man, they just can't accept any guilt whatsoever. To paraphrase Christopher Moltisante, "this is the man that your entire institution is going to hell for."

So per his own statement, the verdict that Harbaugh knew or should have known is still unknown. HOWEVER,

He still 100% supports Jim and he is staying at head coach, without knowing if Jim knew about, authorized, or coordinated a cheating scandal of unprecedented scope.

Interesting.
The fact they aren’t addressing the NCAA rule that states he is responsible is just wild. The NCAA is going to see this as Jim’s problem and it would’ve been wise to follow that train of thought instead of “well he didn’t know”.

That just doesn’t matter here.

just don’t get it.

They don’t dispute the allegations and are willing to do nothing to the person responsible so that the program can endure.

Really hope the NCAA sees all of this for what it is. Total disregard for any responsibility for any of this.
They are literally arguing with the judge that they know what the speed limit is, but think it's unfair and they are unhappy they have to abide by it.
