Wrong glass, Sir.
Are we talking underage for drinking or underage for fucking. The former is still an issue, but it's very minor compared to the latter.

It was for both. Are we talking underage for drinking or underage for fucking. The former is still an issue, but it's very minor compared to the latter.
It was for both.
Dude had condoms and liquor allegedly
he thought he was talking to a 13 year old
This makes the CMU staff look like fools at best or complicit in Simple Jim's scheme at worst. If that wasn't Segreant Stallone, we already would know exactly who it is, and they would have paraded him in front of a press conference. The Big Ten has the goods on "that sign stealing guy" being at the Michigan State game vs. Central Michigan. If they need proof, use facial recognition or cell phone data to prove he was in the stadium. The Big Ten can then immediately have Xichigan forfeit their game versus Michigan State. That one loss would immediately change the rest of the schedule.
Do we think the scUM admin is going to go up against the NCAA for Booger Eater? They prob will use that as an excuse to shitcan him immediately. If the NCAA takes action TCUN has 90 days to respond, so it does nothing this season. The B1G, on the other hand...

Who is the JGEC. Is it the Presidents/Chancellors? Some smaller group made up of Presidents/Chancellors?It's a matter of how quickly the commissioner can assemble the Joint Group Executive Committee.

10.3.3.2 Major Disciplinary Action. Disciplinary actions exceeding those listed
in Agreement 10.3.3.1 above must receive prior approval by the Joint Group
Executive Committee (JGEC). In any case for which prior approval is sought, the
JGEC shall be provided, in writing, the involved institution’s or individual’s
position as described in Agreement 10.3.1 above. The JGEC may only approve,
deny, or lessen the proposed penalty; it shall not increase the proposed penalty.
Further, the JGEC may not lessen the penalty to a level lower than that for which
its approval is required. Review and action by JGEC shall occur as expeditiously
as possible, and its decisions shall be final and are not subject to appeal.
Jim McElwain unintentionally made one of the funniest memes (yet again) with this whole "Sign Stealing Guy" comment. Yeah it’s made up of the member schools.Who is the JGEC. Is it the Presidents/Chancellors? Some smaller group made up of Presidents/Chancellors?
Jimmah following the Jimbo playbook for running tight ships.Seems to be not a lot of control at this institution........
