If nothing much comes from this, I think Ohio State should secretly put radios in every helmet. The fake signalers remain on the sideline and just do gibberish signaling that's mainly obscene gestures while making eye contact with Michigan coaches.

This is the kind of post that gets you featured on MBG. :bonk:

Honestly, at this point, I can't figure out how Sgt. Stallone as Valenti calls him is still technically employed. I don't get it.

He got dirt.
He can name anyone he wants all the way up to Ono.

They’re totally going to try to pin this on porn name coach.

You know it’s coming.

So the question is, with Stalions buying the ticket but not going himself is that a loophole? I’d think not.

Can Harbaugh be held responsible? I’d think so

Didn't one of the "unnamed big10 school" say they had footage of him personally?
Regardless, the footage. And the hacking of the Woody with 50hrs of stolen footage. And South Carolina. And and and....

I think he started this back during the Navy days. It would not surprise me one iota if the service academies were/are doing this kind of stuff to each other... "you want to go intel? Let's play some games in Football, etc."
I know we don't follow "the rules" in SWAT-C.... electronic warfare is warfare. In fact, if it's kept between the service academies im here for it. Great environment to blood some officers in these mindsets.
But he thought you can take these things back to the civilian work. Then got caught up with a dude involved in CP. Didn't understand his Opsec at all... public venmo, seats in his own name, psychotic manifesto, etc.
There's a reason he ended up in Logistics and not Intel.
Dumb and industrious is the most dangerous kind of officer, per General Hammerstein's treatise:

“I divide my officers into four groups. There are clever, diligent, stupid, and lazy officers. Usually two characteristics are combined. Some are clever and diligent — their place is the General Staff. The next lot are stupid and lazy — they make up 90% of every army and are suited to routine duties. Anyone who is both clever and lazy is qualified for the highest leadership duties, because he possesses the intellectual clarity and the composure necessary for difficult decisions. One must beware of anyone who is stupid and diligent — he must not be entrusted with any responsibility because he will always cause only mischief.”

I have a new candidate for who hired the investigative firm. The NCAA.

Think about it. SCUM PD hires a cyber analytic firm to analyze Matt Weiss' computer. They find the 50+ hours of OSU practice, SCUM self reports to the NCAA. The NCAA own cyber analysis of Weiss' computer catches cookies that Weiss accessed Porn Name Marine's Google drive. Since NCAA's investigative team are not true gumshoe detective, they hire an outside firm to fill in all the details.

I think they should have to pay back any money they’ve received from the conference for their share of things the past 2 season. Considering how much they compromised everything with all of this.
I think they might be on the hook for restitution to Alabama and Notre Dame, who were fifth in the final playoff rankings in 2022 and 2021, respectively. What’s a berth in the playoffs worth?

Even if Ohio State hired a firm to investigate if their info was being stolen who fucking cares? Does that violate any rules? I don’t think so. Is it against the actual law? Hell no.

The notion that some firm Ohio State hired would illegally hack into the Michigan computer network and then run to the NCAA with it is completely absurd. That firm was basically be signing their death wish doing something like that.

It’s still nowhere near the bigger story here or the bigger NCAA no no even if their delusions were true.
Sort of like a drug dealing calling the cops because their supply was stolen

One last observation for now.

Harbaugh and his staff know they are fucked. They know that all the wins and titles from in 2021, 2022 and 2023 will be vacated. The only question is when. Their goal is to somehow win a national champion before the hammer falls. They (and their fanboy media) will tell any lie and slander any organization. They steal anything that will further this goal. They will cheat in any way that they can.

They know they are fucked. But that makes them very dangerous. The media, the NCAA, the Big10, future opponents and OSU needs to be aware of what's coming.
