They need to read them their rights before a single question is asked. People are stupid. Don't talk to the police. ANYTHING you say CAN and WILL be used against you.
Exactly! Don't tell them ANYTHING. Their tactic is to act like they're your friend and care to get you to open up. It's exactly true that they only want to use what you say against you. They get all pissed when you tell them "I don't talk to police."

They tried to arrest me for something years ago, and I knew not to say anything and the cop tried to shame me because I wouldn't talk.

Went to a lawyer to defend myself and the very thing that got them off my back is I told them nothing. Lawyer smiled ear to ear when he asked what I told them and I told him "nothing." Got me off their hook.

It looks like that post has been deleted over on 11 Warriors. Out of curiousity, where was it supposedly sourced from?
Oh, it’s still there and a few “journalists“ are at least verifying that they have heard similar.

Keith7456 posted it in this thread. You have to scroll down a bit.

The other thing about TCU defeating Michigan last year is that TCU was coming off a loss in their conference championship game against a Kansas State team playing without their starting QB (Adrian Martinez got hurt in their regular season matchup) and top 2 DBs. And following TCU's win over Michigan, TCU got pummeled by Georgia 65-7. In other words, Michigan could not beat a very beatable TCU team, which defies any explanation other than the cheat codes were that important to Michigan's success.

It is hilarious that a school with one of the most infamous cheating scandals in college athletics—the Fab Five—still hold themselves up as a model of virtue and integrity.
Let's not forget that they literally invented the concept of lack of institutional control and were kicked out of the Big Ten for a few years because of that.

I'm thinking this is what Weiss is up against:

"Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. In 1986, Congress passed the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), now codified under Title 18 U.S. Code § 1030. This law makes it a federal crime to gain unauthorized access to “protected” computers (otherwise known as “hacking”) with the intent to defraud or do damage."

I'm fairly certain the FBI (if this is the correct crime) will uncover all that were involved, up to and including Harbaugh if he was in on it.
Narrator: he was in on it.
