Now it’s all over thankfully. Unfortunately worst case happened in the meantime.

Bright side is that it’s likely to be vacated. I understand they’ll still have the memories but if they can’t recognize it then that’s something.

Then this whole program is about to flip entirely going into next season. Seriously they might not have a 500 record.

What sucks the most about that? Tonight. It worked.

Yeah, I know, "this will all be vacated", and maybe it will be...or not. But they got tonight. And no NCAA decision months later is going to erase this moment for them. They won't give a fuck. They lived this season and this crowning moment. They'll never forget it.

I had reservations re: Penix getting drafted high even before tonight just based on his medical history. A lot of teams are going to be scared off by multiple knee and shoulder injuries and that chatter will get real loud in April.

Exactly why I was begging for their season to be ended. I bet all the investigations did was make them stronger anyways.

While I know 2021-2022 was helped with the signs stuff. I admit they were unnaturally good due to their age as a team. I just knew in my heart if the season wasn’t ended by the big ten that they’d find a way to win it all and obviously that even included beating our guys too.

Did I want their season ended because I didn’t want to play them? Yep.

I knew they’d win, I knew they’d walk through the other big ten teams for the title and I thought they’d win in the playoffs too. Is it cowardly? Yeah sure… but I also know it’s getting taken away so to me I think it’s a shame that this opportunity was taken away from someone else.

Yep and Harbaugh gets to ride off to the NFL the most heroic of Martyrs it’s all very disgusting
