He took over a very mediocre Alabama program and is at least getting them ranked even if they do under preform. Just saying, you take a coaching job in the SEC, if you want to win you have to deal with criminalsOk, well he’s never made it past the sweet 16
Pullman is a shit hole out in the middle of nowhere, the fact that they convince any students to go there is amazing. They always manage somehow to have competitive athletic programs. They've even put a few notches in their belt in baseball tooWhole basketball world giving love to what Washington State is doing. Deservedly so. What a season. Big win at UofA.
Honestly, what they do in Pullman in football and basketball is impressive.
When I say the Buckeyes would beat any of them, maybe SDSU, that should say enough. You are absolutely correct.I couldn't believe my eyes, the MWC projected to have FIVE teams in the NCAA tourney field. Surely the committee should look carefully and see that only 3 teams can possibly be worth an at-large bid. Some of these "top-50" MWC teams have literally ZERO wins against power conference opponents - Utah St, New Mexico, Boise St - the committee absolutely should not reward these teams for ducking and/or losing to power conference opponents all season. I would never give an at-large bid to Utah St, New Mexico or Boise St this season. The MWC can be repped just fine by SDSU, Nevada and Colorado St. It would be a huge error to let in half of this conference.
