Yeah, you watch like two minutes of this game and you can pretty much see the trend.

No sustained possession in the offensive zone for USA, turnovers in the neutral zone and aggressive forecheck by Canada resulting in offensive opportunities.

Women's hockey: when the teams were coming out I knew we were toast. Canada was pumped and loosey-goosey while the USA was uptight and nervous. Oh well, the silver is good.

Good on Brittany Bowe for winning bronze in the 1000m. She gave up her spot to Erin Jackson because Erin had some bad luck but was still the best hope for a medal. Her "team first" attitude was rewarded when we were granted an extra spot and she made it anyway. And then Jackson won a gold in the 500m. Great story.

Valieva double-footed one landing and fell twice to fall to 4th. But the ROC (Russian Olympic Cheaters) still won gold and silver.

She's 15, I'm not blaming her. But the leaders and officials of the Russian Olympic organization need to be smacked. Hard. Like, banned from international competition for a couple of years.
