That schedule is laughably soft. So, they probably waltz into the game 9-2 or 10-1 and then get stomped by tOSU and snot bubbled in some "meh" bowl game. Works for me!
The only real threat I see in that schedule before The Game is when they have to go deal with the Kinnick Voodoo at Iowa. Dollars to donuts that's a night game. Bad, bad things can happen there as we all know too well.

Yeah, that's the one that was the "1" in 10-1. Of course, even in their once-a-decade miracle season, they had several close calls against some pretty had teams...and that was with their bookend pass rushers that made their D appear competent who are now gone. They could just as easily revert to the turds they were in 2020 and stumble into C-bus 5-6 or 6-5 or 7-4. Who the hell knows.

I'd guess a 9-3 regular season for them. Which will keep them laughably positive.

Split of Iowa/Wisconsin/Sparty/Ped State (scUM doesnt have a elite outlook by any point but neither do these teams) and a L to Ohio State

then they'll finish with a comical loss to some SEC team in a second tier bowl game.

Pretty much the status quo under Harbaugh outside the last 2 seasons. The big big dropoff happens in a few years once this real lackluster recruiting catches up with them.
