What is absolutely fascinating is that not only are their fans right back on the train, the national sporting press seems to be going right along with them. Every "too early" 2022 poll I've seen has ttun in the top-10, many top-5.
We're just ignoring the 6 years of underachieving prior to this 1 anomaly of a season? We're ignoring that they lose their best RB, much of their OL, the 2 Edge rushers that made their defense go and their best LB? While also ignoring they blew a big 2nd half lead to an "okay" Sparty team, almost lost to bad Corn and Rutgers teams? Got run off the field in their first big bowl game in years? Forgetting all that and assuming that somehow, in year 7, Simple Jim just suddenly figured it out? This is gonna be glorious.
Oh, I expect it from them. I'm just a little, well maybe not really surprised so many pundits think 2021 is gonna be the new norm up there.DFBIA gonna DFBIA. They seriously expect plug and play to replace their best players. Even though said best players took years of "development" before they actually decided to perform at a high level. They might be able to do what they did this year every 6 or so years when they get the right mix of super veterans who decide to finally put it together, but they mistake the one year for a trend that will be the case going forward.

I don't care the Buckeye winning score. I want to witness an absolute physical beatdown in the Shoe. "Soft? This hard enough for you?"
I want to see Day shove a literal third base up Simple Jim's ass.
