I didn't watch much pregame stuff, but I saw a reporter interview a middle age "Duke fan" sporting a shirt with the current team logo who said he was from Pennsylvania & the Final 4 game vs UNC was his "first Duke game." Yeah, there's some very good reasons this was your first Duke game. I don't get people who come out of the woodwork and decide to be frontrunner fans. Those "fans" that somehow don't pick their favorite team when they’re a kid or root for the teams in their area.

Buddy of mine is a "diehard" Ohio State fan...in football. He's born and raised here, still lives here, has been to games. But in hoops he's all about Kansas - even when they play the Buckeyes (doesn't follow OSU hoops at all). He's never set foot in Kansas, never attended a Kansas basketball game.

When KU beat OSU in the Final Four (2013?) he was messaging me about OSU's Spring game two days later. Nice guy, been friends for years, but nobody's perfect. :lol:

Hubert Davis is fired up. If his team has as much energy they might just pull this off.

Kansas looking discombobulated at the moment. May need a big second half, which they're capable of - ask Miami.
