Holy crap this is bad football but I can't seem to take my eyes off of it.

There's going to eventually be some funny year where we get 2 G5 teams in as "auto bids" because 1 P5 conference has a really bad champ. Since the 6 "highest rated conference champs" are assured spots.

Imagine some schlubby team like Troy or UTSA this year, who builds 11 wins against sad competition getting a auto spot in the playoff because the ACC throws out a 4 loss champ

It's not that inconceivable since PAC and little10 are imploding at the same time as we go to 12.
There may be a Power2.5 soon enough.

Liberty leads Toledo 7-0 late first Qtr. in the Boca Raton Bowl. Finn for Toledo just took a wicked hit and walked off looking mighty rough. Would be a huge blow for the Rockets.
