If as advertised and properly enrolled early. Worthy almost certainly would had been a immediate contributor for scUM

Outside of Ronnie Bell. Who would be a nice #3 WR on better teams. He's scUMs #1 however. They have about nothing to work with and with reports of WR struggles this spring. It's going to be a real shit show watching them try to throw the ball consistently this year. No matter who they toss out at QB.

Not so fast my friend

Also Amazing that some of them are still convinced that Harbaugh's piss poor roster management and ability to retain players is a "common thing at most schools"

"Since graduating (high school), I looked forward to starting my college football career at the University of Michigan," Worthy wrote in a tweet. "However, due to circumstances beyond my control, things did not go as planned — and I have submitted a NLI release request.

due to circumstances beyond my control.....

I have submitted a NLI release request.....

After graduating early from Central East High School, Worthy planned to enroll early and participate in spring practices. But that never happened. Meanwhile, his close friend Giles Jackson — also from California — recently entered the transfer portal. And now, Worthy is looking for a new team, too.

Since the end of the 2020 season, the Michigan coaching staff has seen several changes, including a new wide receivers coach in former U-M WR Ron Bellamy. On Wednesday, a source confirmed that Michigan director of recruiting Matt Dudek resigned.

Earlier this week Giles Jackson transferred to Washington; maybe Xavier wants to go there too.

Happens to all of the "great" teams.

Alternatively, now THIS looks like a Mob Move.

Signing with scUM at any time = stupid

Signing with scUM after a 2-4 season with a lame duck coach = extra stupid

Signing with scUM after a 2-4 season with a lame duck coach and you don't really want to be there anyway = off-the-charts stupid

Congrats, Xavier, you just hit the grand slam of stupidity.
Grand Slam! So he was a Home Run after all!

Cade is definitely good enough to win at least 2 out of 6 games.

Looks like they are trying to poach a 3* Kentucky commit to replace the recently decommitted Taylor Groves

This program is filling their slots with Kentucky recruits. How the mighty have fallen.

I remember when you’d get mad when Kentucky got players like Justin Rogers from the state of Michigan.

It’s a top 400 recruit. I’m starting to think you’re in the business of complaining just to complain at this point. Feeding into the whole “Michigan fans aren’t happy unless they’re unhappy” lifestyle.

"Top 400" is now the measuring stick I guess

Kentucky is not as bad as they used to be. Mark Stoops has done a good job with that program and he's gotten some good recruits from Michigan recently, including Marquan McCall and Justin Rogers. You can probably count some of MSU's struggles because of the dent Stoops has had in the midwest and targeting the same kids that MSU normally targets. Frankly, I'm not even sure if this is a "steal" from Kentucky because 1) the kid is already committed to Kentucky, 2) they do a good job creating a family atmosphere and keeping kids, 3) he's from Belleville.

Furthermore, he's one of several offers at the safety position and there are several more that are interested in Michigan, including Keon Sabb, Chace Biddle, Jaeden Gould, Sherrod Covil, Dillon Tatum, and Jaden Mangham (who could be a WR)

This guy for some reason thinks Sabb (the #1 Saftey in the country) has any real interest in scUM. Biddle is a top 100 prospect as well who seems to be a heavy OU lean at this point. Someone should tell him that a offer doesnt = mutual interest.

Caldwell is a 3.5 star. Not like he's a low 3 star out of New England
