If I was one of those guys I'd be looking for a new job if anyone else wanted me. Why let your future hang on the decision making of a nutcase.Six Michigan assistants are set to watch their contracts expire on Monday, creating confusion, unknowns and setting the stage for what could be a major overhaul to the staff.
Uhhh hes taken a new job. I guess maybe tsun plan to claim they never fired him and he left for zona on his own?Don Brown: While still not confirmed by Michigan, the five-year defensive coordinator was dismissed by Harbaugh before Christmas and will not return in 2021. He’s due a buyout of $1.7 million for the final year of his contract. The Wolverines remain in the market for a new defensive coordinator, contingent upon Harbaugh’s return.
Ohh yes, take on tutoring the qbs personally hairball.Ben McDaniels: The former analyst-turned-quarterbacks coach is another assistant whose contract is up on Monday, and it’s very possible Harbaugh elects to move on without him. Shea Patterson appeared to regress from 2018 to 2019, McDaniels’ first year on the job, and Joe Milton struggled as the shortened season progressed in 2020. With five-star recruit J.J. McCarthy on his way in, Harbaugh could look to someone else to help develop the young quarterbacks on the roster. Maybe even himself.
no comment justEd Warinner: Like Moore, Michigan’s offensive line coach is another whose contract absolutely needs renewing. It’s set to expire next week, and while Warinner isn’t a top-level recruiting, he does exceptionally well at identifying good fits for the Wolverines and developing them. Yes, the offensive line was a mess in 2020, but there’s a lot of young talent and things to like moving forward. If I’m Harbaugh, I make Warinner a priority.
When you're in a category of two with jay-baugh you know you've arrived (to hell).Mike Zordich: One of two assistants who’s been on staff at Michigan for all six seasons under Harbaugh (Jay Harbaugh’s the other), Zordich might be the one to watch here. His contract is up but he’s done a good job over the years of developing NFL-caliber cornerbacks. Jourdan Lewis. Lano Hill. David Long. Lavert Hill. Will Harbaugh stick with his loyal assistant or look for a more aggressive recruiter for the defensive backfield?

Why am I not surprised the dfbia at mgo don't like deace?A Steve Deace mention? I would direct you to the Mod Action thread to check what happens for positive mentions of the M-goblin.
Because he doesn't shy away from pointing out the hypocrisy of the DFBIA or the press that cover that program and is quite blunt about what a shit show they often are?https://mgoblog.com/mgoboard/somebody-intending-stay
Boring thread going over the usual "why hasn't harbaugh signed yet" stuff. But this:

Yeah, pretty much this.Because he doesn't shy away from pointing out the hypocrisy of the DFBIA or the press that cover that program and is quite blunt about what a shit show they often are?
