Maybe he means there isn't a big gap other than in the elite category? AKA "other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?"

1st round draft picks 2011-2020
OSU 18
tsun 6

Top 5 draft picks
OSU 6 (2, 3, 2, 4, 3, 4th)
tsun 0 (highest was 10th)

2nd round picks
OSU 12
tsun 4

3 to 1 edge in the top 2 rounds of the draft and a big fat Oh-fer in the elite of the elite top 5 picks for tsun. Or another way to look at it, OSU has had as many top 5 picks in that span as tsun has had total 1st round picks.

3rd round
OSU 12
tsun 10

4th round
OSU 8
tsun 6

5th round
OSU 3
tsun 6

6th round
OSU 8
tsun 9

7th round
OSU 6
tsun 3

Pretty much even after that.

Numbers hand counted from this site. Apologies if I'm off on any.

That Tweet has some golden comments.

“It’s way closer,” Collins said. “The talent — it’s the same type of talent, you know? I wouldn’t say there’s a difference between the two. Every time we play Ohio State, we know what type of game it’s going to be. It’s going to be all four quarters. The athletes they’ve got and we’ve got, I’d say we match up. They don’t have more athletes than we’ve got. I feel like we’re pretty much equal, or we pretty much have more than them. That’s it, man. Talent-wise, I’d say we’re pretty much equal and there wasn’t an advantage with them. None at all.”

"If you think he’s not the right coach, you’re wrong," Collins said in an interview with The Spun. "He’s a great coach. He’s a coach that played in the NFL, coached in the NFL, and knows exactly how to coach his players. If you want a great team to go to and a great coach to be coached by, go to the University of Michigan. It doesn’t get any better because of Coach Harbaugh. I learned a lot from him and I’m glad he was my coach for my first three years."

Just sayin': Do the math.....Equal talent + great coaching ≠ 0 - 5
