They seem to consistently believe that all the coaches who leave do so for more money and a higher title. Like Jimmy is developing them.

When facts do start to enter in the group consciousness and they see the guy left for a lateral position they just say "that's odd. Wonder why a guy would leave if it isn't for money/title? Oh well..."

DFBIA gonna DFBIA I guess.

If AVS ends up at MSU then I will believe very strongly, as I stated when he first decommitted, that Michigan cooled on him, and BVS was reacting to that (remember that there was talk that Justin Boren was pissed that Michigan didn't recruit his brother/hence the family value part).

Call me a Homer all you want. This is an extremely odd circumstance.

If he chooses MSU, then I will not believe he actually has commitable offers that are as impressive as it looks, and it will validate my point. However, if they are commitable, which they more likely are, then he probably won't be going to MSU anyway so my point will be moot.

It's not like I know anything. I'm just saying, it would be extremely strange for him to end up there.

I’ve got a huge map of the Midwest on my basement wall. Oddly enough, the distance from AA to East Lansing it’s just over 42 vertical inches.

For AA-->EL to be 42" vertical the scale has to be about 1.5" per mile. As it's a map of the whole Midwest, it sounds like your basement is about the size of OHHO Stadium (or however you spell it).
