Sparty looked like shit last year, too. Before they played Michigan, that is.

Since they haven't pieced this together on their own, let's help them out.

Troll: Someone who produces satire, but doesn't really expect to be believed, except by the truly stupid. One of the primary forms of humor they employ is to get the stupid people to believe them so that those who "get it" can point and laugh at the stupid people. It is a form of humor that is simultaneously elitist and juvenile, not to mention arrogant. I'm not a fan myself, but to each their own.

Fraud: Someone who is really trying to pass himself off as something he isn't. He's not doing it so that his primary audience can laugh at the stupid people who believe him, he does it because he wants to be believed.


It is quite understandable to call a "troll" a "fraud" when you are one of the stupid people that people have been pointing and laughing at. Doing so shields you from that harsh reality, if only with the thinnest veils that only the most obtuse cannot see through. But you have to pretend you can't see through it (or maybe you really can't); I get it.

But know this DFBIA. Even those of us who don't really like trolls are still laughing. We've been laughing since before Yoder was a thing. We'll be laughing long after you QTFS.

They are really trying to convince themselves over on GoBlow that Washington is "still going to be a considerable challenge" :lol:

Yes a team with no WRs that also could not run the ball against Montana "poses a great challenge".

I guess thats a good way to set up to make excuses for a letdown or continue the hilarious overhype train if they happen to win convincingly
