Based on that graph, TTUN recruiting of high-school players is not the problem. It's not at Ohio State's level, but they have a long way to go before even thinking about that level.
Not only have they not been developing the talent they recruit; at this point they can't even get them to stay.
Based on how they've recruited, they should be a Top-15 team (as they're so fond of saying).
Based on who they've kept, they'll be lucky to win 7 games.
Based on how they develop players, they may not crack .500
