There are 3 /toō/'s in the English language.

You're referring to the phonetic sound, which the slashes describe, so it's incorrect to use a word.

Yet another reason I couldn't get laid in undergrad.

I minored in Instigation at Ohio State. When I started in the fall of ‘67, they had recently begun to use “The,” which we all thought was a mere affectation. We wuz RONG, but I am still grandfathered in for just saying “Ohio State.”
