Serious question, don’t the have prescription athletic turf there? I’ve not been on the field there, but I have been on their practice fields at Westfield and they are very nice fields. I’ve probably coached and / or watched over a hundred games there and have never seen a knee injury due to the turf up there.

It is spongey as hell. It’s like trying to sprint across a trampoline. They hold the combine there because it falsely inflates straight line speed times which attracts eyeballs for the combine. It sucks to land/plant/pivot on. I’ve been on this crusade for 13 years, and I will fight on until it is replaced.
