Upsets happen in conference but I see USC as being very overrated, definitely not a top ten team. Outside of UCLA and Arizona (who surprised the hell out of me) the Pac-10 is mid major tier and I don't see it getting any better soon. Oregon is having a down year but they have a really good coach and an ability to recruit from anywhere in the country due to their beautiful facilities.
