The best part? The author grew up in Columbus as an OSU fan before switching sides. :jt: :urban1:

Being a Michigan Fan is an Agony Unknown to Mankind

Michigan_fan_agony_1_2.jpg

If I were this guy, I'd start questioning my role in the cosmos. Grows up as an Ohio State fan with Ohio State unable to win The Game. Goes to college at Michigan at the exact moment that tsun begins their streak of futility in The Game. The man's a natural born Cooler. Vegas would pay big money for those talents.

A few things. I certainly don't feel bad for him in any way, but I don't really hold changing allegiance when he matriculated to the school against him. The dungeon master second from bottom left is probably the most underrated of the well-known sad UM fan photos. "The Cooler" is a terrific movie.

I don't fault him at all for changing allegiances to his college of choice after heading up there. And besides, had he been accepted to Northwestern, Colby, Bates or Dartmouth, The Cooler would most likely have remained a Buckeye fan and continued to jinx us.

It is never ok to choose to go to tsun when you are a born and bred Ohioan.

So he didn't get into the Ivy League schools he applied to, motherfucker should have had a better fall back plan.

He's a goddamn traitor for life now.

His twitter account reads like a Sparty fan now...
It's noteable he made no mention of attending up there... he just woke up one day and decided to be a traitor.

So he is one of those "I want to be different so I will root for ❌ichigan" types? Then he can triply go fuck himself with one of Zach Smith's XXXL dildos.

Double check. I think he says that his freshman year was Cooper's last year. I'm not going to fault anyone for rooting for their actual alma mater over the local school they rooted for as a kid. And as I've pointed out, good riddance to The Cooler. He's literally like a measles infected blanket that we sent to the tribe up North.

You are correct sir... i totally missed that part.
Somewhere along the line, I developed a habit of blanking out any sentence that includes the C name in it...

Ill still fault him for going there... but it's a lesser offense than waking up one day and deciding to be a Walmart Mike.

Gah.....teams are becoming more and more innovative every day. Hell, even the mid majors are starting to put up impressive stats with modern offenses. How do we keep up?

Hire a young innovative mind to be OC?
Change offensive ideas to match what the rest of cfb is doing?
Not be so reliant on a FB that we have to use DL in certain situations?
Or: Get rid of the maize pants on road uniforms and replace them with white.

I dunno guys, these all sound a little......fruity. What else you got. Maybe something that the rest of the cfb world laughs at us nonstop for. Let's double down on something like that.

Well............we could resurrect more outdated garbage coaches from the 80s and 90s.

Isn't OP the poster who started the Fire Bakich thread?

ETA: Yes. I checked. Here's the thread he started.

OP, it would've been better if you had started a Fire Kim Barnes Arico thread given your penchant for reverse mojo.

/ That said, I agree that our coaches are struggling to beat OSU in the 4 major US sports (i.e. football, basketball, hockey, baseball).

- Harbaugh is 0-5 in 5 seasons.

- Howard is 0-2 in his rookie season.

- Mel Pearson is 3-10. (Woah.)

Year 1: 0-5 (WTF)
Year 2: 2-2
Year 3: 1-3

- Even Bakich, who is now very popular after last year's runner-up finish, is a combined 5-10 against Ohio State.

2013: No games (WTF)
2014: 2-1
2015: No games (WTF)
2016: 0-4
2017: 2-1
2018: 0-1
2019: 1-3

They lost another one?

I think a couple weeks ago, I set the over/under for transfers up there at 8. Gotta be getting close.
March update of the rats leaving the sinking ship....

_1. TE Mustapha Muhammad (transfer) (10/14/2019)
_2. DB J'Marick Woods (transfer) (10/21/2019)
_3. LB Josh Uche (early entry) (12/04/2019)
_4. LB Jordan Anthony (transfer) (12/04/2019)
_5. WR Tarik Black (transfer) (12/13/2019)
_6. OL Stephen Spanellis (transfer) (01/02/2020)
_7. OL Cesar Ruiz (early entry) (01/03/2020)
_8. Coach Chris Partridge (Ole Miss) (01/03/2020)
_9. WR Donovan Peoples-Jones (early entry) (01/04/2020)
10. DB Jaylen Kelly-Powell (transfer) (01/09/2020)
11. RB Tru Wilson (transfer) (01/09/2020)
12. DL Michael Dwumfour (transfer) (01/14/2020)
13. Coach Anthony Campanile (NFL) (01/16/2020)
14. LB Devin Gil (transfer) (03/10/2020)

That's nine transfers (if you count the two midseason transfers) and three early entries, plus the loss of two of the best recruiters on their staff.
