I'd say usually when someone says "100%", they're full of crap.
There are a lot of factors in this situation, including the fact that Ohio State is really well coached, they get better players than Michigan, they've had some favorable calls, these kids are told during the recruiting process that OSU dominates Michigan, they have seen it unfold with their own eyes, the media harps on the fact that OSU dominates the series right now, etc.
A coach can't undo ALL of that with, I dunno, hypnosis or a great "Go get 'em" speech. Players have carry their weight, too. I'm not removing all blame from Harbaugh and the coaches, but 100% is on the coaches? That's ridiculous.

I think this is something they've been doing the past few years; I read it more as a publicity stunt that anything else (from Harbrau? Who'da thunk it?).
Anyway, if things keep going the way they have been, they might not have a choice but to fill out their roster with stunts like this...
