Of course they're all crying and calling it preferential treatment now, since tOSU is the team that benefits. Put PedSU or ttun (I know....:slappy:) in our place and they'd be perfectly fine with the change.

Same with the media who are now going to criticize the B1G for changing the rules. Had they stood firm, the same media would criticize the B1G for not being flexible and refusing to adapt.

Actually, you won't win shit in football as long as you (1) recruit like shit, (2) develop talent like shit, (3) coach like shit, and (4) play like shit. #DFBIA

An Iowa alum works for me. She and I were just talking about all of this. She didn't seem to have any issue with the rule change. I asked her how she felt because I clearly had a dog in the race and couldn't be unbiased.

Funny thing, she too had a dog in the race. Iowa just escaped having us 12/19.

Guess I need to ask someone else. Maybe I'll ask my IU alum friends.

Their morals are too high to care about winning. They lose the right way. They would never stoop to our level to win like savages.

How are they supposed to compete when they recruit men of character like Taylor Lewan or academics like Rashan Gary?

I’m actually torn on this one. I’d very much like to keep the even years in Cbus like it’s been forever. Hate to see COVID fuck that up. Also, My son and I are due to come back for The Game ‘22 which would be his senior year so that’s cool.


OTOH, righteous vengeance is due forthwith and that’s best done in Columbus.

They aren’t going to be any better next year so it’s an ass beating coming no matter where. Keep the normal schedule is my position for now I guess.
