Get rid of the tenths of a second. The notion someone can catch and shoot in 4 tenths is bullshit, anyway. It takes that much reaction time to start the clock.

And only during last minute replay does the clock instantly stop when the ball hits out of bounds or goes through the net. Again, reaction time.
