Is it just me or have Purdue and Wisconsin kind of mastered the art of being the beneficiaries of other B1G teams refusing to win against them? So many seasons where both of those programs look like more middle-pack teams after the non-con, then they finish in the top 4 or whatever in the conference, and then they flame out early in the Dance. Both programs have had some really good seasons overall, too, in the past decade or whatever--but yeah, I'm just sick of them, haha.

they're without livers because of his pulled vagina, so there is a need for others to pick up the slack. simpson is shooting better this year, but as you point out, he's not exactly the guy you want shooting so much.

as far as the msu game goes, though, i think simpson shot so much because his ego didn't like that winston was dominating in every way.

Tillman looks like he's back in form after a really poor early season. Those are some monster numbers he put up against Teske.

As predicted, MSU half stumbles their way through the non-con only to start dominating the B1G, once again.

Can't afford to lose games at home in the Big Ten and expect to compete for a league championship this year since there are so many good teams every road game is going to be a tough get.
