Keep thinking that. Their offense is Higdon, and the occasional pop to DPJ or Gentry. Aside from that, it’s the same snooze fest 1950s bullshit from them. Their defense is decent, but against ACTUAL decent teams, they fold... Like they always do.

Again, forgive me for not being too concerned about them.

The way our defense has looked my only concern is the night game at Purdue next Saturday. Lots of football between now and THE GAME.

At this point we should be concerned about Purdue, MSU, Maryland and TTUN. None of those are guaranteed wins for us right now

ND's already racked up a bunch of quality wins over the last few weeks, it's excusable for them to have a letdown in a rivalry game to a lesser opponent.

Wisconsin and Iowa will be a challenge for our defense as well. Does anyone want that Iowa offense going against our D after last year?

ND has struggled even more than us against mediocre opponents ... not sure where you're going with this.

They may not be top 25 but they are certainly better than Indiana and Minnesota who we struggled to beat.
