Slants. Easily the most difficult route to stop. And guess what? The defense shut it down in the second half. Look, I get it, the sky is falling and Ohio State is so awful. But cheer up, their biggest test is in the rear view and it isn’t even close.

And sure, I’ll start taking them seriously once they get through the actual tests on their schedule. Notre Dame was just on the ropes against a team that was absolutely jailsexed by PSU... Forgive me if I’m not that concerned yet.

TTUN is a better team than PSU, so no our biggest test is not in the rear view. PSU struggled to beat App State and now laid an egg to a mediocre MSU team.

And TTUN and Harbaugh are ready to break that streak

ND just limped to a win over Pitt ... who PSU murdered. The transitive stuff can cut both ways.
They'll always play us close because it's a rivalry game... but I'm more worried about Purdue today.

ND's already racked up a bunch of quality wins over the last few weeks, it's excusable for them to have a letdown in a rivalry game to a lesser opponent.

Wisconsin and Iowa will be a challenge for our defense as well. Does anyone want that Iowa offense going against our D after last year?

The way our defense has looked my only concern is the night game at Purdue next Saturday. Lots of football between now and THE GAME.
