Yep

I have said for years I want some snow blower company to pony up the sponsorship dough so we can have a CFP Bowl game in Cleveland, in January.

It would be completely neutral by SEC and PAC 12 logic.

OSU has had regular season home and home series against USC, Texas, Virginia Tech, Washington, Arizona, Cal and Miami off the top of my head that require out of region travel. This year they are off to Dallas to play a "neutral site" game against TCU.

They also play virtually every fucking Bowl game ever in a locale that is essentially a home game for their SEC or West coast opponents.

Trust me, you don't want to play the SEC-teams-leave-the-south game just because LSU came north twice in September.

honestly, not trying to play any games.
i genuinely don’t pay attention much to location of games not involving LSU, so was more curious than anything else.

and i am aware of the Bowl location discrepancy. but that is out of the control of the teams playing in those games, which is why i asked about regular season.

i would have guessed less than that mileage wise from Baton Rouge to NOLA.

i’ve made that trip in comfortably under and hour more than once.

Dakich going to bat for his boy Urban (BGSU). Son is also on OSU Bball staff after playing/graduating. He's an insufferable prick at times, but I'll take him in our corner.

He and Urban were next door neighbors for two years. They're incredibly tight. When DiNardo was fired by Indiana in 2004 Dakich called the AD and President and told them to hire Meyer ASAP.

Question - how in the hell does a team that was 7-6 overall - and second to last in their division - wind up being ranked 19th, but a team that was the division runner up and won 9 wins last year gets ranked behind them?!?
Probably has something to do with FSU losing their starting QB in week one last season.
