I might catch flame for this but I really don't care.

DB was going to make contact because you rather "expect" the WR to catch it. He started to lower his shoulder as the WR was dropping, so it's rather bang bang.
The contact was intentional but the hit area wasn't. As a DB it sucks but I don't believe it to be malicious outside of the norms of just trying to play physical and shit getting sideways (literally) on you.
