What is up with all the BTN games being BTN+? Does this mean they're only part of the additional streaming package that you have to pay extra for? I'm willing to do that in the Winter for hockey, but football is what is supposed to be on the regular channel.

Since the meteor is, sadly, an unlikely possibility, I root for an absolute clown show.... I have to say, I've been satisfied several times... these fuckers have a strong recent history of trying to give the game away to the other. Add some rain, as there was a few years back... glorious fuckery abounds.

Normally, I'll root for tsun over the Domers. This year, however, I want the wheels to come off the Harbaugh Express right out of the gates.

A couple of interesting (to me, at least) facts about current winning streaks:

The longest active winning streak among Power 5 teams is on the line tonight - NW'ern has 8 straight

Among the Power 5 conferences outside the B1G, Florida State's 4 is the longest active streak

The only PAC-12 team with an active winning streak is Utah with 2

If Thorson doesn't play NW doesn't have a QB on the roster who has ever thrown a college pass. Not that Thorson is anything amazing, but yea. Will be interesting.

Purdue's D was decent for Purdue standards last year but they lost quite a bit.
