I'd go for the international (FIBA) line, which is between the college and NBA lines. They're using it in the NIT this year.
But even in the NBA there are teams built to launch threes all day.

I love how in the final minute the clock magically stops the instant the ball goes through the net or hits the ground, as they spend 2 minutes putting 3 tenths of a second back on the clock.

I will agree that part is incredibly annoying. My initial post was more in reference to griping about too much three point shooting.
