I don't like Fair Play deciding which team advances from the Group Stage (Japan or Senegal).

But drawing lots or going to a shootout at a neutral site would've been even dumber.

It's FIFA. I expect corrupt and dumb though. And teams can actually draw lots.

Think if I'm England I'm pretty happy to lose that game, Colombia a tougher first draw than Japan but much easier to get to final on that side of the bracket and Colombia still looks pretty flawed.

BRA/MEX, FRA/ARG, URU/POR, ENG/COL all look super good in the first round. Then CRO/ESP, BEL/BRA, and FRA/POR in the second round? Yes please.
