Maybe these teams are 13-11 for a reason? If you take away wins over Idaho State and Southern University they're 11-11.

But they obviously deserved the "reward" of a bowl game.

So you’re not impressed with a first half where he’s 4-of-13 for 10 yards with 3 picks, takes a sack on fourth down, and with 7 seconds (edit: and a time-out) left at midfield decides to run around for 6 seconds before throwing the ball out of bounds?

Tough crowd.
