TCU offense has gotten really bad compaired to when they played us. It might have something to do with the mash unit that they have at QB

Nah, they were pretty average when we played them.

QB is certainly part of it, but Turpin decided to go Ray Rice halfway through the year and Patterson chose not to emulate Briles. He was their biggest weapon.

Turpin only had 14 yards receiving against the Bucks. Robinson passed for 300 and Anderson rushed for 150 - both were not playing last night due to injury.

Does Cal actually play good defense?
Or is the Buckeyes defense really that bad?

TCU's leading rusher and leading passer played vs OSU, but didn't play against Cal. Pretty sure Mulestain wouldn't put up 4 touchdowns against our defense.

Cal's defense held 7 opponents to less than 20 points, including Washington. Cal beat the Huskies 12-10.
