Compared to what you're used to seeing from them it really isn't. In their defense, I think FSU has one of the better DLs in football, and Brian Daboll's playcalling isn't doing them any favors. I was shocked when they brought him on as OC, especially with another couple of years of Hurts, who is a prototypical spread-option qb, and he's done nothing tonight to change my mind. When will teams stop going to the Belichik tree for coaches?

Perhaps it's wishful thinking looking ahead to a possible tOSU v Bama matchup. I see a Buckeye front able to exploit a weaker Bama.

Agree about Daboll but so long as Bill is alive, AD's and GM's will scour his coaching tree expecting the next big thing. Might be worse than the Bill Parcells disciples.
