Agreed. Teams with a strong front-seven will give Bammer problems all year. Daboll is a classic, nfl-style smash mouth OC. Hurts is an odd fit for his type of offense. And I think the talent level on bammers OL is down a tick this year. I'm not sure Hurts can keep defenses honest with his arm enough to take pressure off their OL and running game. I really do think they'll drop a couple during the regular season at some point. FSU has gift wrapped this game for them and they can't pull away. Reminds me a bit of The Game last year.Perhaps it's wishful thinking looking ahead to a possible tOSU v Bama matchup. I see a Buckeye front able to exploit a weaker Bama.
Absolutely. Who is the best from the Belichik tree? O'Brien? He's done okay for himself, but he's hardly been above average. Just about everyone else has been a miserable failure once they left NE.Agree about Daboll but so long as Bill is alive, AD's and GM's will scour his coaching tree expecting the next big thing. Might be worse than the Bill Parcells disciples.
Yes and no. Free Shoes o line is terrible and the one good player they had now played for the Vikings. This is still a team that took a double plunger at Louisville last year. Yes, Bama is good. FSU has one good unit and it's not the special teams or offense.Watching Free Shoes get pummeled is rather terrifying. Bama D line is disgusting.

They look great no doubt but they don't look nearly as terrifying as last year. Like a poster mentioned, FSU's o-line is terrible.Watching Free Shoes get pummeled is rather terrifying. Bama D line is disgusting.
