A game like this belongs in the Rose Bowl. A pissed off Jim Delany and Pac-12 commissioner could easily argue for some sort of deal in the future where if the B1G and Pac-12 champs are out of the playoff, the Rose Bowl gets that game and would just move its playoff year in another cycle. I'd be confident in this match up getting higher ratings than either of the semis. BUT, glad this game is at JerryWorld and not Tempe. Should be a huge crowd of Buckeye fans there.

I usually like Delaney, but giving the PAC 12 home field advantage every Bowl season, ignoring Chicago, afraid to play real football outdoors, not pushing for northern and Midwest Bowl games as part of a NATIONAL CFB championship... you wouldn’t alternate the b-ball final four between Lexington and Chaple Hill every year. What makes football any different?

Lambeau or Soldier Field would be great venues for the Big 10 title game.
