It's stupid, as evidenced by how the map looks right now. It represents NOTHING of any value or significance. The person who created it is bad and should feel bad.

Teams start with the counties closest to campus. The winning team takes the losing team's land. Bucks lost Ohio and Indiana to Oklahoma, and never had a chance to regain it. Illinois, Nebraska, Maryland, and New Jersey didn't have any land for the Buckeyes to gain since they'd all lost their land previously. It doesn't matter anyway. Ohio State will win the season with the most territory and the highest population conquered.

Please try to keep up. This map has been a thing for the entire season and has been explained ad nauseam.

I bought the dvd (because I wanted to, dammit) and watched it last night. I had forgotten how badly the offense played, especially in the second half obviously. Is it bad when you are screaming at the TV at a game that was played 3 months ago?
