Guy just said bowls shouldn't matter because it's about regular season resume. Bowl results indicate that these teams are better than people thought they were during the regular season...thus improving Ohio State's resume.

I'm not too fussed about OSU not making, but this is not that difficult to understand.

It's the outright hypocrisy of the whole thing...and when you add in the financial incentives ESPN has with their ties to the SEC (and ACC), it looks and is even more suspect since they also own the TV rights to the entire CFP. The conflicts of interest alone are mind-boggling.

EDIT: Referring to UCF/Barn game. Barn tackled the RB on a screen. The ref claimed they faked a handoff so it was legal. There was no fake and it was plain as day.
