It kind of is that. When your offense is predicated on the QB run then you over use it while having elite HB's - your QB takes unneeded abuse over the course of a season and a career.

When your offense is predicated on the QB run game it's damn near impossible to win a title. So hard to watch this for the last 3 years. Can't wait for some passing next year.

Urban needs to do some house cleaning on his staff. This team just cannot execute a complete game. I love JT but he has regressed like crazy and to the point he has created a love hate relationship .

Looking forward to Haskins. In fact I really waa hoping he would have started this game. I felt like the committee saw plenty enough JT only performing well once in a while to know what they were getting. If Haskins had started and played well I thought it would get us in the playoffs.

Anyways, just hoping we can win this game now because playoffs are probably a pipe dream now unless JT goes off.

We've cleaned staff like 4x in Urban's tenure, and the only time we've had a competent passing game remains the 2014 playoff run. Strange, no?

With regards to ST and WR coaching, I would love some staff changes but that hasn't happened in 6 years and I don't see it happening now.
