possibly bad news for bubble teams. southern miss just beat middle tennessee. cusa was a one-bid conference without that upset, and mtsu may (in my opinion, should) warrant an at-large bid. though bracket matrix and lunardi have mtsu as a 12-seed coming into today, their rpi of 29 is solid. going 2-3 (q1) and 3-1 (q2) without any q4 losses is respectable. their losses are good, too: by 6 to auburn, 5 to usc, and 3 to miami. it would be a shame for mtsu to be held out because of today's loss. i'd rather see a mid-major team get the benefit of the doubt than a high-major.

Agree. Lunardi has Texas (19-14) as an 11 seed right now. I'd kick them right to the curb.

He looked decent his freshman year but it doesn't look like he hasn't improved much.
