I think that they have a couple guys that got injured before this season began but not quite sure. Anyhow that is no excuse for how badly they have performed. Look at us and Andrew:biggrin:
They have seven rebounds at the half. SEVEN. Against michigan, year in and year out one of the softest teams in the conference.

They fucked up hiring that Gard dude. He's a terrible coach.

Admittedly did not realize Nebraska was on the brink of 20 wins. Got there tonight beating Maryland. Impressive job by that program.

The ridiculous polls are partly to blame--the pollsters are reluctant to bring in new blood (or toss out the underperformers), no matter how deserving. Case in point, scUM goes into last week ranked #20, loses to a pretty bad Northwestern team that probably won't even sniff the NIT (current record is 15-11), and beats a putrid Wisconsin team in a game that was closer than it should have been. In my view, going 1-1 against that slate when you're ranked #20 should land you outside the next top 25 poll. Yet, scUM (now with a 20-7 record) only dropped 2 places and is ranked #22 this week. Yet, Nebraska, with a 20-8 record, is on the outside looking in. Oh, and Nebraska beat scUM by 20 when they played a few weeks ago.
