My wife and I grew up in Dover. New Phila has been our bitter high school rival since 1896. Just like OSU V. TTUN, we alway play the last game of the season. These two teams had their 100th meeting game in 2004, which coincidentally, found the rivalry's record tied at 45–45–9. It was a treat growing up knowing your hated football enemies were the Quakers, the Wolverines and the Steelers at each level of the game. For those that don't know, Cie Grant played for New Phila.

That being said, watching him tear around the end, rip Dorsey to the ground and kill Miami's last hope was incredible and always fills me Tuscarawas County pride.
