I was actually watching the end. UTSA (like all these low level schools) showed why they are UTSA at the end.

QB shat upon himself and underthrew a receiver who had gotten open for what would have been the likely game winner (if he hadn't gone out of bounds, we will never know).

He just completely clenched up and left it short, right to the beaten defender for the game winning int.
