Being in the middle of the field it shouldn't have mattered, but because he shanked it, it did. I wouldn't have spent a time out there, either. Your kicker has to be able to make a 30 yarder in between the hashes.

They're doing a helluva job hanging in missing both starting safeties, their leading receiver, and a 1,000 yard rusher. The back up safeties each have a pick, but they've also been toasted a few times deep.

What the hell just happened? They called it a TD. If he caught it, he did it on the back of the defender a la Noah Brown at Oklahoma. :yow2:

I heard about the this. Were they suspended for the remainder of the season, or back next week? Might be unknown, but it looks like they would be out for the championship. Even though they just beat the #3 and #2 teams, #4 James Madison just beat #1 NDSU and have looked dominant.

Christian McCaffrey joins Fournette in skipping the bowl game to prepare for the draft. Alas, they'll never know the glory of winning the Hyundai Sun Bowl and Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl, respectively.

I'm curious how many of these guys saw Jaylon Smith last year tear up his knee and maybe Myles Jack do the same in a bowl game...

Agreed.. They are making a business decision and while others on the team might be pissed it hard to be mad at a guy ESPECIALLY a RB doing this.
