Yeah, if there's one thing you can be certain of it's that message board posters are a 100% reflection of the players and coaches of the team they root for. Indeed, I saw some closed caption video of Myer trolling the Penn State board (User name is 9fold). In any event, you can rest easy knowing that if I say "Bama aint shit" everyone on the roster thinks the same thing. I am sure they're overlooking Bama and preparing for the Ducks. Bama's just a speed bump.

Yes it is, but not in Altie's favor. I can't speak for JC but the rest of are targeting Altie specifically with our comments. Some are using a broad brush to reference other fans who have a similar mindset.

Just because Ohio State was horrible team in the '20's and for most of the 30's, it's no reason to believe that other teams weren't highly successful during this time period.

There's a point to be made that an exhaustive preparer like Saban will also set aside time for future opponents as well. Altie chooses instead to troll.

You don't win championships by spending all your time on one single team. Ohio State is good, don't get me wrong, but I was hoping to at least get a shot at FSU. It should be Bama vs. FSU and Ohio State vs. Oregon. Y'all could take Oregon, I believe.

This kind of drivel does not fly here and frankly has only been allowed thus far for entertainment purposes. It's idiotic and ruins the conversation we're having with a refreshingly solid crop of visitors. We used to do this more regularly (texas, ok st, lsu, texas again... NOT uf :lol:), then our bowl games and OOC matchups started encountering smaller and less stable fanbases :) I know many of us are excited to have a return of the older style of dialogue and quality outsiders who can express their beliefs and disagreements with substance and class.
