I definitely can't see Alabama not being in the mix next year. Especially seeing as it looks like another #1 recruiting class is coming in.

I know they have recruited tremendously well but look at the offensive depth chart, specifically how much they lose and I'm not so sure it's that much of a lock.

Assuming Cooper goes pro they lose...

Definitely see what you mean but for the most part Alabama hasn't had to rebuild just reload. Granted the caliber of SEC teams went from unpenetrable to showing cracks with 'Bama's last NC, to good last year, to what we see this year.

I dunno, doesn't seem like they have the same depth that they enjoyed during their recent title runs. I'm sure they'll still have great recruiting classes, and have 100+ kids come through in four years. Seems like the SEC's soft cap on over-signing and more strict medical hardship process is starting to have an effect and has brought them down a little closer to earth.

I'm not one to rub it in because that's really a cowards way. I have had a little fun in a couple of threads, but really nothing that needs to be taken too seriously. But one thing I will say: there's lots of "wrong" in your response. You and your fellow Tide fans (and maybe the whole SEC?) need to change your attitudes. I think your comments before the game show a real arrogance than needs to be examined by you. Just sayin'.

But at the same time, props to you for coming back and accepting defeat. Respect to you.
