This game would be just about over if Sparty were even half decent from the foul line.

Yep, I love the first weekend, but by the second weekend unless the Bucks are playing I lose interest really quick. That's mainly because my brackets suck and are completely shot by the end of the 2nd day, so I don't really care about my bracket. I'll usually watch the Final Four and championship game, but the S16 and E8 are otherwise boring for me without the Bucks.

I enjoy the whole enchilada in those years in which Duke, Kentucky and North Carolina make early exits. IOW I haven't bothered to watch very many tourneys.

The Big 12 has been eliminated from the NCAA tournament, 7 teams in the tourney (7 of the top-41 from the Committee's ranking list, in other words 1 out of every 6 teams that the committee felt deserved to make the tournament on their merits came from the B12), yet none made the Elite 8 and just 2 to the Sweet 16 from what was supposedly the best basketball conference, when all of those teams except Okie St had a solid chance of getting to the S16 based on high seeds, seed placement and matchups. I felt Kansas didn't look like a particularly strong team this year, the fact that they won that league with one of their weaker teams speaks volumes about the quality of the other teams at the top.

I was just wondering if you had to be from that shit place in Durham to be a color analyst for NCAA tournament games. Big Mike G and Jim Sparky are just terrible. I can tolerate Grant Hill but it is too bad that he has to work with Jim "my friend" Nance and Bill Rafferty who really should retire. I wonder if Mike G and Jim Sparky are unemployed and need to work.
