Ohio State Releases Fall Camp Schedule

Fans itching for football won't have to wait too much longer. Ohio State published the team's fall camp schedule today, with the action beginning Monday, Aug. 4 with a pair of practices.

All told, the Buckeyes will be on the field for 18 of 20 days from the 4th through Aug. 23, with two-a-day sessions held on Aug. 9, 11, 13, 15, 18 and 20. Back again this year is the trip to the Ackerman Road field for the majority of camp. The team will begin practicing there on Aug. 8.

The team will gather for its annual meeting day at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center on Sunday, Aug. 10 and will take to the field in pads for the first time on Monday, Aug. 11.

They won't be checking into the hotel until Thursday because summer classes are still in session (I think) and the younger guys are all still in the dorms.

I think there still should be pictures during the check in, but there will be pictures from the open practice on Monday that come out first.
